What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to deliver it: your first and last name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and city. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message. We also temporarily log IP addresses on our order and contact endpoints to prevent abuse.
What we never collect
We never collect or store payment details. All orders are cash on delivery — there is no card form anywhere on this site. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
Your order details are used for exactly three things: confirming your order by phone or WhatsApp, handing your name, phone, and address to the delivery courier so your package reaches you, and contacting you if there is a problem with your order. Contact form messages are used only to reply to you.
Where your data lives
Order data is stored securely in our database, hosted on Supabase with access restricted to store administrators. Order notifications are sent to our store email via Gmail. We keep order records for accounting and customer-service history.
Cookies & local storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser's local storage is used for two things only: remembering the contents of your cart and your light/dark theme preference. Both stay on your device.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@vegastech.ma or message us on WhatsApp at +212 674 861 912 and we will handle it within a few days.
