Flat rate from 19 DH
Shipping is 19–45 DH depending on your city, shown at checkout before you confirm.
Free over 700 DH
Orders of 700 DH or more ship free, anywhere in the country.
24–48h delivery
Most orders arrive within one to two working days of confirmation.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate based on your city — between 19 DH and 45 DH for the vast majority of Morocco. The exact rate for your city is calculated automatically at checkout once you select your city, so there are never surprise fees. Orders totalling 700 DH or more ship completely free.
Delivery time
Once your order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp, most deliveries arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Larger cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir, Fes) are usually next-day; smaller towns can take up to two working days. We will keep you updated by phone if anything changes.
Cash on delivery
Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your package arrives, in cash, in Moroccan Dirham. No card, no prepayment, no deposit. You are free to inspect the product at the door before paying; see our Returns Policy for how delivery inspection works.
Order confirmation
After you place an order we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp on the number you provided, usually within a few hours. Orders we cannot reach for confirmation within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically. Make sure your phone number is correct and reachable.
