Inspect before you pay

Every Vegas Tech order is cash on delivery. When the courier arrives, open the package and check your product before handing over any money. Verify it is the right item, the right color or variant, and that nothing is damaged.

Not what you expected? Refuse it — free

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not what you ordered, simply refuse the delivery. You pay nothing — no product cost, no shipping fee, no penalty. The package comes back to us and that is the end of it.

After delivery

Because you inspect and approve every product at the door, sales are final once the delivery is accepted and paid. This is what keeps our prices low and our delivery fast.

The one exception: if your product turns out to have a hidden manufacturing defect that could not be seen at delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it — by WhatsApp at +212 674 861 912 with a photo or video of the issue — and we will arrange an exchange for the same product.
